Belux Service Provider Performance and Satisfaction Study: 2010The 2010 BeLux study investigates over 400 outsourcing contracts held by over 175 of the top IT spending organisations in the BeLux. The total annual value of the contracts included in this study is over €1.5 billion, accounting for around two-thirds of the total BeLux outsourcing market in terms of annual contract value. All commercial sectors are represented in the study, as is the public sector, including both central and local government organisations.
Dutch Strategic Outsourcing Study 2010The 2010 Dutch study investigates over 460 outsourcing contracts held by over 150 of the top IT spending organisations in The Netherlands. The total annual value of the contracts included in this study is over €3 billion, accounting for more than two-thirds of the total Dutch outsourcing market in terms of annual contract value.
