Experienced CFO
Kelly Enos is EquaTerra's CFO and administrative executive. She has more than 20 years of experience leading the financial, accounting and administrative functions in high-tech, start-up and private-equity-backed companies and has raised billions in capital through the public debt and equity markets, as well as through private placements and commercial banks.
Prior to joining EquaTerra in 2007, Kelly was CFO of a private-equity-owned yellow page publishing company, YellowPage One, where she was responsible for all financial and accounting activities, as well as human resources, customer service and legal. She also held CFO positions with Telseon IP Services, an IP network and bandwidth service provider, and Star Telecommunications, a global telecommunications company. Kelly began her career in professional services with Ernst & Whinney LLP.
Her areas of expertise include designing, building and managing financial operations, merger and acquisitions, business development, treasury management and capital fund raising.
A native of Sulphur, Louisiana, Kelly is married and has two stepdaughters. Her passions are hiking and cooking.
