Charles Collier



Seasoned Professional

Charles is a proven leader and consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in building and supporting best-in-class information technology and business process services. As a member of EquaTerra's leadership team, he is responsible for supporting Public Sector clients.

During his career, he has focused on assisting clients with optimizing their performance using a combination of internal shared services delivery improvements and sourcing initiatives.  He has successfully managed the delivery and transformation of over 75 organizations with a combined value of over $2 billion.

Prior to EquaTerra, Charles was a Vice President of InSource Partners Corp., which EquaTerra purchased in February of 2005. Charles led engagements designed to identify and execute on transformation strategies for IT service delivery. Over the course of more than 100 such engagements, Charles’ team led transformations running the gamut of outsourcing, insourcing and internal operational improvement.

Prior to joining EquaTerra, Charles was the North American vice president of client services at Accenture HR Services, where he owned overall service delivery, contract management, client satisfaction and service and vendor management. He also directed several HR transformation projects that generated over $100 million in savings.

Charles’ other IT experience was with EDS. During his 12 years with EDS, he held a variety of senior operational and client facing executive leadership roles. In these positions, Charles implemented world-class distributed computing, mid-range, desktop, help desk, application development, application maintenance, and service management operations while aligning the utilization of IT resources to meet client business objectives.

A native of Seattle, he now lives in Austin, TX.
