Brad Everett



It’s All About the People

As executive director of EquaTerra’s Human Resources (HR) Advisory Services in the Americas, Brad Everett is responsible for overall operations of the practice including, business development, client delivery, channel relationship management and staff development and management.  

Prior to joining EquaTerra, Brad served as senior vice president of HRO Centers of Excellence at ACS, Inc., a global HR outsourcing provider. He also was president of Arinso International USA in Atlanta, and senior vice president of client services for USinternetworking, Inc.

Brad served as co-president-operation at Groundswell, Inc., an IT service consulting firm, and president of The Hunter Group, a leader in planning and implementing HR and financial enterprise applications.

Brad currently lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He is married and has five children, ages seven to 31. Brad enjoys participating in his children’s sports activities, and when time permits, he enjoys golf and scuba diving in interesting places. Brad is a certified SCUBA instructor.
