Service Provider Performance and Satisfaction Surveys
For eight years, EquaTerra (and formerly Morgan Chambers) has been conducting a unique study across Europe that explores the performance of all major outsourcing service providers in the ITO market.
We have now launched studies specific to individual countries and regions within Europe. The findings are based on the perceptions of the people that matter most – the clients.

Participant Qualifications:
Outsourcing buyer responsible for managing outsourcing contracts for Information Technology services or utilizing an IT Shared Services Center within one or more of these regions.
