Creating global Human Resources (HR) management reports was an inefficient process for Huntsman, producing data that was quickly outdated. EquaTerra was engaged to support the selection of a new global HR management information system -- a Software as a Service (SaaS) model to meet Huntsman's global HR system needs through a cost effective, best in class solution. The goal for the new system was to support better decision making to allow the business to optimise its performance and profitability.
