A Leader in Financial Architecture Competency


Dave has been with EquaTerra since 2004 and brings almost two decades of expertise in IT Outsourcing, business process outsourcing, sourcing management, contract renegotiations and finance budgeting, planning and analysis.

He leads EquaTerra’s Financial Architecture Competency group, which supports clients through developing detailed base cases, market assessments, opportunity analysis, business cases, sensitivity analysis and strategic/operational pricing structures.

Dave engages senior members of outsourcing service providers’ financial teams to establish and implement best practices in the market place for financial architecture, addressing pricing structures, cost pressures and other financial issues to ensure mutual understanding of perspectives and interests.

He also delivers hands-on services as a Client Executive and has led many multi-national deals and provided leadership support on several large and complex deals.
