Prior to his current role as Regional Director, for the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway & Denmark), Carl-Henrik was EquaTerra's country manager for Sweden, where he has worked since 2005.
Before joining EquaTerra (formerly Morgan Chambers), Carl-Henrik held various Managing Director positions in the Swedish IT outsourcing and applications industry including working for Fujitsu Services, Daltek and Tandberg.
Carl-Henrik has an excellent track record of developing and implementing new strategies and successful programmes including mergers & acquisitions.
He is an experienced consultant covering all aspects of IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing from both the client and vendor perspective. In particular, he excels at project and programme management, strategic planning and strategy development which he has undertaken for a number of clients including SEB, Alecta, Electrolux, Folksam, If Insurance, Manpower, Posten, Rusta, Sodexho, and Åhléns group..
Carl-Henrik is also Chairman of the Board of Institutet för informationsteknologi and Samtek AB.
