Belux Service Provider Performance and Satisfaction Study: 2010 The 2010 BeLux study investigates over 400 outsourcing contracts held by over 175 of the top IT spending organisations in the BeLux. The total annual value of the contracts included in this study is over €1.5 billion, accounting for around two-thirds of the total BeLux outsourcing market in terms of annual contract value.
